Key Stage 2 Booster
When teaching Mathematics to primary school students we put strong emphasis on ensuring that the students have a firm and workable understanding of the foundations of the relevant Mathematical principles. We are also diligent in ensuring that students always have their lessons structured based upon the specific aspects they happen to be struggling with. Finally we make sure that each student has a homework programme which reflects what they need to work on in order to improve.
In English we focus on relevant grammar, spelling, comprehension and writing techniques. Our programme is uniquely designed in order to incorporate the classic grammar rules, but also allow students to explore wider forms of relevant literature and to begin working on how to approach longer writing tasks. Through years of teaching experience we know how integral reading is to any student’s improvement in English and subsequently other subjects, so we have composed relevant reading lists which we provide for parents.

GCSE'S
English is arguably the most significant subject any student can undertake at GCSE and the most important for any student to pass. Our qualified English teachers work hard in ensuring that pupils are familiar and confident with the content and demands of the English Language and Literature papers. We put considerable emphasis on; how any student scores in an exam, what an examiner is looking for in both English language and literature, teaching students how to structure responses using evidence from texts and being able to substantiate their answers, and possessing a detailed knowledge of all relevant GCSE texts including their Poetry Anthology. We cover all examination boards providing past paper practice to ensure that students are confident when they sit for their GCSE's.
